Sex used to be a taboo topic but due to the various events taking place, we are slowly increasing sex awareness and its importance. The Centre for Resilience and Socio-emotional Health is once again teaming up with the Students for Healthy Living in order to talk about two prominent topics during the month of love – sex and relationships.
Anna Catania, a counsellor specialising in sex and relationships, will be present and discussing these two topics. She will be giving us an insightful discussion revolving around the psycho-emotional and sexual aspects of relationships. Catania graduated with a B.Sc. in Nursing and continued her studies at MSc level in counselling with a keen focus on sexual medicine.
It will be an open discussion and a variety of questions will be tackled. Such questions will revolve around how sex can be more intimate in relationships, how to improve relationships, how to feel good in relationships and what it means to be in a relationship itself.
The event will be taking place on the 17th of February from 12:00 pm till 2:00 pm at the Psychology Lab.
