Earlier today, on the commencement of election week at Junior College, the Pulse manifesto was launched for the 2014 KSJC elections, with the slogan, ""We do more’’.
Speaking with The Third Eye, Pulse president Matthew Zerafa explained that the manifesto is not simply the result of direct consultation with students, which consultation was carried out through the “louder” campaign held in mid-October, but also the result of months of direct contact with students, the college administration, government entities and other concerned parties. According to Zerafa, the set of proposals resulting from these discussions are concrete, ambitious, and yet realistic.
“This year’s slogan, "’We Do More’’, aims at inspiring ambition and determination in our students; we want a council which is as ambitious as students are in their vision for a better Junior College,” concluded Zerafa.
