After this Tuesday’s article that said that the KSU AGM will still be held, the Council published their official announcement today on their Facebook page.
In a notice statement, KSU said that the AGM will be held through ‘online means’ since physical AGMs are prohibited in the current circumstances. The event will be available online on 30th April at 11:30 via Zoom. It will only be accessible to users with a UM IT account that are also full KSU members. All users must register in advance to be able to participate.
The registration form, further details, technical information and instructions will be made available closer to the date in an email sent to KSU members on their University of Malta email account.
The Agenda followed will be as usual and with regards to the nomination of candidates, electoral commission, disciplinary appeals board, and to put forward motions all the links to applications have been provided.
