Earlier today, the Tourism Students Association (TSA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held. Following the reading and approval of the administrative report and financial report, which were read out by Dalziel Bugeja and Anna Vella respectively, the nominees were presented.
The Newly Elected TSA Executive Members are:
- Anna Vella — President
- Dalziel Bugeja — Vice-President
- Christopher Mallia — Secretary General
- Daniel Muscat — Financial Officer
- Leanne Spiteri — Public Relations Officer
- Victoria Caruana — International Officer
- Ryan Cauchi — Events Coordinator
- Neil Cauchi — Social Policy Commissioner
- Francesca Fenech — Education Coordinator
When approached by The Third Eye, newly elected President Anna Vella emphasized that she wants to continue working on what TSA has already started. “It was very difficult at first, but now our aim is to work on more projects, with our obvious focus being tourism students,” pointed out Vella. “Finally, we will be tackling apathy amongst tourism students as well as continuing to serve as a bridge between the institute and its students,” concluded Vella.
