Time for Change: Pulse Launches New Executive

Following the introduction by Pulse Secretary General, Joseph Masini, Kyle Sultana was nominated and appointed unanimously as the chair of the Annual General Meeting.

The minutes of last December’s Extraordinary General Meeting were read and approved, before the Agenda was read.

Following that, the Administrative and Financial reports were read by Joseph Masini and Luanne Galea respectively.

Before the elections were held, Joseph Masini presented a new statute to replace the previous statute. A remarkable change was the moving of the annual General Meeting from May to December, as well as the introduction of a new logo, both approved unanimously by the members present.

Afterwards, the elections were held, with Brendan Zerafa being selected as the head of the Electoral Commission.

The newly elected Pulse Executive is as follows:

  • President: Wayne Sammut
  • Vice-President: Ayrton Mifsud
  • Secretary General: Joseph Masini
