Following Insite’s AGM on April 29, Ottavia Verdirame has been elected as the new president for the term 2022\23.

Presidential Comment

As the new President, I look forward to making the most out of the time I have here with Insite and the members of the executive team. I’m confident in that we’ll have a great year ahead of us, however challenging it may be.

Corrine Zahra to lead Insite’s new team for 20/21

Insite have elected their new Executive team for the 20/21 term after holding their AGM online today

Corrine Zahra, who held the position of Deputy Editor for the previous term 19/20, will be leading the new team as Executive Editor. The full list of roles is as follows:

Executive Editor – Corrine Zahra
Deputy Editor – Melissa Ramage
Secretary General – Jessica Cassar
Events Officer – Luke Gauci
Public Relations Officer – Kimberley Camilleri
Social Policy Officer – Emma Galea
Finance Officer – Martina Cassar

Zahra will be leading a completely new team into the new term, since all the roles have been filled by new faces to Insite. When contacted by The Third Eye, she expressed her gratitude having wored with “such incredible people throughout this year.”

Insite taught me a lot and I feel prepared to now continue what we started off last year. I’m excited for the next term and to work with my team. It’s going to be great!

The organisation bid farewell to former Executive Editor Emma Asciak, and the rest of the team; Maria Gatt, Sarah Aquilina, Neville Sultana and Carol Azzopardi in an article reminiscing on their past term/s.

We wish the new Insite Executive best of luck for their coming term and look forward to working side by side as fellow student media organisations.
