A group of 27 university students has come together since last November to work on a magazine that captures the essence of Maltese youth. It is called Seba’ Visti and features seven stories of unique individuals.
In spite of the ongoing pandemic, Seba’ Visti will be launching this Saturday 23rd May at 3:30 PM as a digital publication available on Issuu via their socials (Instagram & Facebook). The digital launch will feature a number of artists to keep everyone who tunes in entertained whilst checking out the magazines. This is the line-up the team has planned (with some last-minute surprise guests to be announced as well!)
- Sam Christie 3:30-4:30
- David Cuschieri 4:30-5:30
- Stef 5:30-6:30
- Debrii 6:30 -7:30
- BAK 8:30-9:30
- Dela 9:30-10:30
Each artist will go live on the Seba Visti’ Facebook page for 1 hour starting from 3:30 pm. A link (of the magazine) will be pinned to the live stream. Each artist will have a separate live stream and different music genres will be on offer, from techno, to pop to more chill vibes.
The team behind the publication interviewed seven different individuals from all walks of life. The goal was to represent Maltese youth as thoroughly as possible. The publication narrates these diverse stories all tied together under the question of what Maltese youth do on a Saturday night.
No one probably ever wondered what a nun, a stuntman, or a farmer do on their Saturday night. What was their life like? What choices did they take to end up in their respective situations? Seba’ Visti answers all of these questions, giving a never-before-seen perspective on Maltese youth.
