Tonight, Studenti Demokristjani Maltin (SDM) has issued a call for all the University of Malta students who are willing to become part of SDM’s International sub-committee.
Speaking to The Third Eye, SDM’s International Officer Beppe Galea, explained that the International Office is of particular importance this year, both due to the Presidency of the European Union and also due to the Winter University which shall be held this year by the European Democrat Students (EDS).
“Together with the rest of the SDM Executive team, I can say that I am looking forward for the prospects of this year’s international office as things look very promising for us,” explained Galea. “It is of a huge honour for SDM to see EDS members visiting our island.”
A few weeks ago, the Secretary General of the European Democrat Students, Ivan Burazin has visited Malta, where he met a number of SDM members.
