In an email sent during the night by KSU (Kunsill Studenti Universitarji) Secretary General, Robert Napier, to all student organisations, KSU explained that following an urgent meeting on the matter, Student Organisations will no longer be given a fee when making use of a venue at the University of Malta.
The email also explained that if the rental will involve any costs for the University of Malta, such as a beadle, then the respective organisation will be charged accordingly. Having said that, if a beadle is on duty till 20:00 there won’t be any extra costs from 17:00 till 20:00 as was the case before.
