As an organisation Pulse therefore calls upon all stakeholders to maintain the subway used to cross from Msida to University and vice-versa. This upkeep should be consistent by installing cameras in the subway to serve as a safety measure, as well as by increasing the lighting used throughout. Measures must also be taken to prevent the serious issue of flooding during heavy rain.
