Following yesterday’s SDM candidate launch, today it was Pulse’s turn to reveal their cards as they launched their team of candidates, which will be contesting against the SDM team.
The Pulse candidates for this year’s KSJC elections are: Karl Azzopardi, Chris Bartolo, Centianne Caruana, Kevin Caruana, Bierhoff Pisani, Glenn Schembri and Jillian Spite
When interviewed by The Third Eye team, Pulse’s President, Matthew Zerafa explained that the seven candidates who will be contesting on the Pulse ticket are full of energy and they will be showing dedication to fulfil the Pulse manifesto (to be published in the coming weeks). Moreover, Zerafa also explained that the purpose behind the slogan "We do More’, is because Pulse believes that the candidates elected will be willing to do more than just the proposals in the manifesto, “we believe that the students council should be around during the whole year,” concluded Zerafa.
Now that both teams of candidates have been revealed, The Third Eye team wish to congratulate the Pulse candidates.
Now the next big day is Wednesday’s Annual General Meeting, as the students will gather inside Junior College’s foyer to approve the work done by the student council throughout the past year, before both SDM and Pulse will go head to head at the elections on the 14th of November.
