MKSU’s New Executive Team and their plans for Freshers’ Week 2017

Moviment Kattoliku Studenti Universitarji (MKSU) has new faces on its Executive Team, all eager to  voice a fresh dimension on the various levels at which the organisation  represents Catholic students.

The newly appointed Executive team is as follows:

  • President – Saverio Francesco Bianco
  • Vice-President   – Antoine Galea
  • Treasurer   – Matthew Pizzuto
  • Events Officer – Elena Brincat
  • Secretary General – Rachel Tanti
  • Public Relations Officer – Martha Deguara

The Third Eye team spoke to MKSU to learn more about what the new team is planning for the coming Freshers’ Week. Those who visit the MKSU’s stand during the coming week, can participate in the daily competitions and get the chance of winning a prize. One can also take part in the reflective exercise MKSU is preparing, in line with this year’s theme of ’Our faith can move mountains’, whereby visitors will be asked to reflect and consequently  jot down on a sticky note what they believe to be ’their mountain’ for the upcoming scholastic year. Alongside these reflective exercises, one can also be inspired with a motivational quote.

MKSU of course is also planning on offering the  occasional treat in the form of pastizzi, rock cakes, buns, muffins and cakes. Also, one can benefit from a goodie bag on subscription to the MKSU database and other freebies, all served with  smiling faces and a warm welcome from the Executive team.

The Third Eye team would like to congratulate the new MKSU team and wish them a fruitful year.
