SDM have just elected their new executive for the term 18/19 tonight; amongst them with Jake Scerri as the new President. The AGM was centred around looking forward to a promising future for the organisation with the theme being “Inharsu ‘l quddiem flimkien”. Here is a rundown of who’ll be building upon the previous work done by the previous exec.
As already stated Jake Scerri is SDM’s new president, whilst his right-hand man is Keith Grima who was appointed as Vice President.
Liam Cassar was elected as Secretary General and James Farrugia as Assistant Secretary General.
Luke Busuttil was entrusted with the role of JC Coordinator , and Tristan Azzopardi as Assistant JC Coordinator. For University on the other hand, Andre Causon was appointed as coordinator, and Thomas Galea as assistant coordinator.
For Officers SDM now has Matthew James Debono as International, Andre Camilleri as Events, Karl Attard as Education, Claire Muscat as Financial, Ryan Muscat Verzin as Public Relations, and Martina Dimech as Social Policy.
Clara Sciberras is SDM’s newest Gozo Coordinator, and Kyle Pace the newest External Coordinator. Kelly Xuereb was appointed as media coordinator and Andreas Galea as HR.
The Third Eye Team wishes all the newly elected executive members the best of luck for the coming term whilst congratulating them on being entrusted with their respective positions!
