In a press-release which was issued late in the afternoon on the KSU (Kunsill Studenti Universitarji)’s official Facebook page, KSU announced that the directives imposed by the MUT and UMASA are to be stopped with immediate effect.
In the same press-release, KSU expressed its disappointment at the fact that it had to exert all that pressure in order to safeguard students rights. KSU also thanked the 2,500 people who voiced their opinion by signing the petition. Finally KSU expressed its with to work more closely with both the Government and the University of Malta.
