Outgoing Officer
OBJECTIVE: Assist Maltese students with securing their paid internship abroad!
HOW? Build the bridge between Maltese students aiming to go on an internship and the IAESTE organisation of the country of interest. Maintain great relationships with both parties by staying in contact and handling the processing of documents where necessary!
Incoming Officer
OBJECTIVE: Assist foreign students with securing their paid internship in Malta!
HOW? Coordinate between foreign students & Maltese employers by acting as the point of contact between them, assisting foreign students with obtaining any work permits & documentation to make their internship in Malta possible!
Reception Officer
OBJECTIVE: Provide a smooth and efficient service and experience to all incoming foreign students to Malta!
HOW? Organise all the work involved in the establishment of an efficient service to incoming IAESTE interns! This will include finding suitable accommodation for the students, greeting them upon arrival and organising an interesting program of social activities for the ultimate Malta experience!
Public Relations Officer (PRO)
OBJECTIVE: Promote & handle the public image of IAESTE Malta!
HOW? The PRO shall have the duty and responsibility of attending all KE, KPS and Admin Forum meetings organised by KSU and organising external workshops which align with IAESTE Malta’s goals and values. The PRO shall also be responsible for managing the Association’s relations with external third parties, namely sponsors and service providers. Furthermore, along with the Events Officer and the Marketing Officer, the PRO shall ensure the distribution of information regarding upcoming events organised by the Association to the general public, as well as any other important notices which the general public may be interested in.
Brand & Marketing Coordinator
OBJECTIVE: Maintain and develop IAESTE Malta’s brand to current and upcoming students on campus!
HOW? Communicate the fantastic opportunities offered by IAESTE – from directing promotional content for overseas internships for Maltese students, to promoting external events and activities to strengthen the organisation’s presence on campus, to designing brand merchandise for a memorable Freshers’ Week to increase awareness amongst new students! Additionally, the individual in this role shall collaborate with the Events Officer and the Public Relations Officer to produce content for promotional campaigns!
NB: All roles are fulfilled on a voluntary basis
