Following this week’s controversy regarding a hammock set up at Junior College ground, The Third Eye approached Studenti Demokristjani Maltin SDM’s Junior College Coordinator, Gabriel Micallef.
Speaking exclusively with The Third Eye, Micallef emphasised that he has nothing to hide and despite Pulse’s legal letter, the video will not be removed from his Facebook wall, as he is willing to expose the truth.
Addressed to Pulse’s advocate, in his letter of reply, Micallef’s advocate explained that the video in question is very clear and that varying from what Pulse’s legal letter says, the video is not defamatory, let alone libelous.
Adding to that, he also added that thus Pulse are unable to proceed legally against Micallef.
In addition to this, Micallef also told The Third Eye that the purpose of the letter was to create sensationalism amongst Junior College students, especially first year students.
On a final note, Micallef added that despite the havoc that Pulse created regarding this video, Pulse President still hasn’t given a rational explanation to his attendance inside Junior College premises during the night.
