MKSA held their online AGM on the 22nd of April, in which the new executive for the upcoming term was elected.
Following the organisation’s statutory requirements, the organisation held its first meeting with the new Executive Board shortly after the AGM, where the new roles were discussed. The full list of roles is as follows:
- Chairperson – Davinia Agius
- Deputy Chairperson – Martina Zammit
- Secretary – Ezekiel Kudde
- Treasurer – Martina Falzon
- Public relations officer – Claire DeBattista
- Academic Affairs Officer – Kyle Zarb
- Events officer – Claire Camilleri
- Social policy officer – Katya Galea
The Third Eye got in touch with Davinia Agius, former Vice-President, to share her thoughts as the new Chairperson for the team.
Having spent the past year as Vice President, I’ve worked closely with the former President and have acquired the necessary skills to take on this role.
Taking into consideration our current situation, this does not discourage Davinia and her team for planning future activities.
Although we are constrained with the present situation, I would like to involve more students in the activities which we are planning for the future. We have new faces coupled with experienced members and I look forward to working with them all.
