Following ELSA’s Annual General Meeting, Daniel Vella, who served as the Director for Academic Affairs for the term 16/17, has been elected as President of the organisation for the coming year.
Daniel Vella spoke to The Third Eye “A well merited thank you goes to the outgoing National Board for their tremendous contribution towards this organisation. I have very high prospects that the newly elected Executive Board, along with the 6 Directors that will be appointed after tonight, will work as a consolidated National Board and will build on the exceptional work that has been done during these past years.”
The newly elected Executive Board of ELSA Malta for the term 2017/2018 is as follows:

- Secretary General – Gigi Gatt
- Treasurer – Laura Aquilina
- VP Marketing – Matt Alessandro
- VP Academic Activities – Nicole Portelli
- VP Moot Court Competitions – Nico Fauser
- VP Seminars & Conferences – Jasmine Farrugia
- VP STEP – Luisa Briffa
This is the Executive Board as per statutory requirements. Once the directors are appointed the national board will be completed.
