Clarification Regarding Accounts ’A’ Level Examination Demanded by Pulse

After students who sat for the MATSEC  Accounts ’A’ Level examination yesterday, Tuesday 26th April, voiced their concerns and claimed that a particular question featured in the examination script was not covered in the syllabus, student organisation Pulse contacted the MATSEC Board requesting a clarification on the matter. Furthermore, earlier this afternoon Pulse published the following update via their Facebook Page:

Following reports that Question 9 (c) of yesterday’s Accounts A’Level paper was out of syllabus, Pulse Education Coordinator; Fleur Abela came in contact with the MATSEC Board to ask for a clarification on the matter. Furthermore, it was also made clear that should students be compensated for that question, the time to work the question out should also be taken into consideration.

As of yet we are still awaiting a reply from the MATSEC Board. However, we will inform the students about any developments on the matter, and keep all those involved updated with the necessary information.
