ASOS Warehouse fire halts online shopping

On Friday 20th a fire has destroyed most of the Asos 5 storey warehouse. The fire started at 10pm on Friday 20th and the cause is not yet known.

Online shoppers were in for a surprise this morning when they found the ASOS website down. The warehouse that caught fire has suffered extensive damag as ten fire-engines were called on the place immediately, one of the fire-engines remained on stand-by. Fortunately nobody has been injured. The warehouse contained around 10 million storage boxes.

This might be an advantage for those online shopaholics who just cant get enough of the daily updated website. Your visa can finally take a break. In the meantime we can save some for when the website is back (which I hope is soon).
