2016 was definitely a year to remember for Pulse. Electing all of its candidates in Junior College as well as MCAST Councils, Pulse has marked this year as a "Year of Success’.
As Pulse President Wayne Sammut is set to bid goodbye to the organisation after long years of work within it, Vice-President Ayrton Mifsud who has served as Junior College’s Education Commissioner between 2012 and 2013, is expected to replace him.
This would probably mean that Mifsud’s course-mate Julian Guillaumier who has been in Pulse since his early Junior College days shall be occupying the role of Vice-President.
Meanwhile, the current Junior College Coordinator, Owen Grech holds the biggest chance of becoming Pulse’s Secretary General, while Jillian Spiteri who currently occupies the role of Assistant Junior College Coordinator is the most likely to become Pulse’s Junior College Coordinator, with one between Claude Abela or Luke Mifsud, expected to become the new Assistant Junior College Coordinator.
Pulse’s Public Relations Officer Clive Aquilina is tipped to become Pulse’s Social Policy Commissioner, while Education Coordinator Fleur Abela might actually become Pulse’s University Coordinator.
Johnluke Ellul who is currently Pulse’s Financial Officer is also rumoured to take become either Pulse’s University Coordinator or Pulse’s Social Policy Commissioner. However there still seems to be some question marks over Ellul, being that he’s going for Erasmus after January examinations.
While Pulse’s Annual General Meeting is next Sunday at 18:00, The Third Eye team would like to wish the best of luck to Pulse for their upcoming term.
