PC Gaming – All-nighters Aren’t Only for Studying

As the colder months at the beginning of the year come to a close we go from playing on the PC all night in a hoodie to playing all night in a t-shirt. Before anyone judges the prioritisation of fun over sleep, there is good reason to do so in 2019.

This March we saw the release of:
  • Dead or Alive 6. Which not only added more details to its characters but has also released new characters making its fans very happy;
  • Ethereal. Who takes a special prize for managing to make a puzzle game eerie;
  • The Occupation. Where All The President’s Men meets with The Manchurian Candidate to deliver thrilling story which will keep you on edge all night long;
  • The Division 2. Welcome you to a post-apocalyptic Washington DC with an enlarged group of stealth fighters of 8; and
  • Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. A vast array of changes from its predecessor but one can expect to see amazing cinematography during sword duels.

That said January and February also gave us a few new gems with Resident Evil 2, Metro Exodus, Far Cry: New Dawn and Anthem being released.

Nevertheless, there is still much more to come with some of the most anticipated being Mortal Kombat XI and Rage 2.

We can expect better graphics, more immersive and intensive story lines and some more challenging game play.

There can be a good debate on how PC games measure up to their competitors, but when a friend tells you that they spent all night glued to their screen either alone or together with some three other people, don’t blame them.
